About The Artist:
Charley Harper (August 4, 1922 – June 10, 2007) was a Cincinnati-based American Modernist artist. He was best known for his highly stylized wildlife prints, posters, and book illustrations. In a style he called "minimal realism", Charley Harper captured the essence of his subjects with the fewest possible visual elements.

Nice piece for the mostpart. The inlay isn't crisp on one small part, but on the whole, very nice. Shipping however....just one layer of bubble wrap and placed/shipped in a bag. I was surprised it made it without damage. I think a $100 cutting board should be carefully shipped with a nicer presentation. However, despite all of this it's a nice board.
